Eriez® Announces Acquisition of Hydroflow® Filtration Products

Eriez announces the acquisition of Maumee, Ohio-based Hydroflow® Filtration Systems and the Systems Equipment Division (SED) of fluid recycling products. Hydroflow systems and SED products will now be sold under the Eriez brand name. Hydroflow Filtration Systems and SED Fluid Recycling Equipment provides a complete line of standard and custom design filtration and fluid recycling products for the metalworking industry. With their filtration and recycling expertise, experience, technology and innovation, Hydroflow and SED have been industry leaders for more than twenty years. Both companies were part of The Andersons, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: ANDE). Eriez has retained key Hydroflow employees, who will work in the newly established Eriez-Hydroflow office in the Maumee/Toledo area. Eriez plans to utilize its 65 years of expertise in liquid and solid materials separation to add improvements to the Hydroflow line. “We plan to add Eriez innovation to make the current Hydroflow product line even better,” says Tim Shuttleworth, Eriez President and CEO.
