Solution:
An Eriez
Deep Reach Permanent Magnetic Separator was added to the production process beneath the pelletizer feed hopper, but just ahead of the point where steam was introduced, eliminating potential temperature effect on the magnet. The Deep Reach is expected to catch all damaging iron tramp metal before it reaches the extruder.
