Featured Product: - Magna-Rails helped lower and convey steel cans

Problem:

Floor space was at a premium in the Racine, WI, USA plant of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. They neeeded to start their can line on an upper floor but standard can conveyer lines would take badly needed space.

Solution:

Vertical conveying and multiple turns were easy with magnetic conveying lines. Eriez Magna-Rails® firmly held up to 32-ounce cans at conveying rates of 150 cans per minute. The cans were continuously conveyed from the can dumper through filling and on to packaging. No change-over was necessary for the various sizes and types of cans handled on this production line.
