Eddy Current Separators

Drum Magnet Separators - Resource Recovery

Designed for the removal of ferrous material from shredded automobiles, bottom ash, slag and other recyclable scrap including chips, turnings and stampings. Models available with permanent, rare earth, and electromagnetic circuits, crisscross or agitator type magnetic fields, and heavy duty construction. Drum designs in many diameters and widths.

Suspended Belt Magnets

These powerful electromagnetic separators are self cleaning with a variety of specialized belt styles. Suspended Magnetic Separators are available in many strengths and also in permanent magnet designs.

Pulley Magnets

Used as head pulley in belt conveyors for continuous automatic removal of ferrous from non-ferrous material. Eriez new axial-interpole circuit provides very high ferrous recovery.

Metal Detectors

Rugged, yet highly sensitive instruments designed to detect ferrous and nonferrous metallics in a variety of bulk materials. Normally used as a final purity check for materials such as glass cullet and recycled plastics.

Feeders - Vibrating Pan Type

Rugged, high-capacity feeders convey large volumes of bulk material. All models are designed for fast adjustment and easy maintenance. A wide variety of trough sizes and styles (including grizzly decks)are available.

Rectifiers/DC Power Supplies

Convert AC power to DC power to operate Electromagnetic Drums, Pulleys, & Belt Magnets. Use avalanche diodes to handle power surges and are fused on the inlet/outlet sides. Construction is standard with NEMA 1, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 7, 9, and 12 available.
